After Pensacola Pools closed the retail store in Tiger Point, I began using the company that replaced Pcola Pools, Pensacola Poolscapes! They are my #1 pool store for all my needs. Chemical, advice, liner replacement and even have referred friends who ultimately ended up buying the new robotic Polaris Pixel pool cleaner. I had Pensacola Poolscapes give me an estimate and time frame for replacing my very old liner. Todd responded quickly and I agreed to the contract. Price was great and time frame for job completion was to the date! A three man crew showed up, Jonathan, Ceasar, and Juan. They jumped right in and began the liner replacement process. Promptly arrived every workday at 8 am! All were very professional, respectful, courteous and politely endure and answered all my questions! At least 30 years experience between them. When a situation arose, Ceasar and Jonathan knew exactly how to handle it, with very positive results. They are confident, minimized the job clutter appearance, cleaned up the worksite, restored the ground area they had to dig up, and made sure everything was completed on the job and made sure we were completely satisfied with the entire job! Guys are very efficient, and turned our unusual situation into a very positive and beautifully finished product! Highly recommend anyone needing pool supplies/equipment stop in and see Joe, excellent individual and totally customer service oriented, also very knowledgeable. If you need pool equipment serviced or liner replaced, I highly recommend you stop in at the Tiger Pointe store and see Todd. I am a customer for life with Pensacola Poolscapes! Super helpful even before we went into the store. I received a call from the owner of the local Bullfrog dealer in Gulf Breeze FL, Todd, based upon an online build I had done on the Bullfrog website. He discussed with me the pros of Bullfrog and said he would call me back when the just opening store had some inventory. He did. Actually had pretty much exactly we had done online. The sale was painless and fair to both sides. Delivery was a potential challenge (big spa, pool cage) but their guys made it look easy. Todd personally helped us get it up and running and gave gave us a tutorial. Two minor issues, called or texted Todd, he got back to us very promptly, walked us thru the issues and we were all good. Excellent customer service and so far love the spa. The different jet paks really dramatically improve the overall spa experience. Highly recommend Bullfrog and even more highly recommend Pcola Poolscapes in Gulf Breeze. They actually seem to care about customer service!

Pensacola Poolscapes did a fantastic job installing our new pool liner. Todd and Jonathan were great to work with and the customer service from our initial contact with them to the completion of the liner installation was excellent. The pool liner product line they carry is excellent, prices are reasonable, and the work was done quickly with no disruption to us. Thank you for providing excellent service!

If you are in the market to buy a quality hot tub, Pensacola Poolscapes is the best place! Todd and all the other employees we met are very knowledgeable, helpful, accommodating and friendly; all without pushing for a sale. The value of the products they offer, the pricing, and in-house servicing/warranty service is far superior than any of the other hot tub stores in our area. We definitely shopped around and did our research prior to making the purchase and couldn’t be more pleased with or experience and purchase from Pensacola Poolscapes.
